No, I'm a dental patient, not a MENTAL patient.

My oral surgery went as well as could be expected. It was actually rather unpleasant, but there wasn't much swelling afterward, so I was fine by Saturday. I didn't even need the Vicodin. Overall ruling? It wasn't that bad! See, you all were right!

The post ratings seem to have vanished as mysteriously as they arrived. I still have no idea where they came from, nor how they disappeared.

I now await the grade from my research paper. I got a 94 in the final exam, and have a 90 average for the class, so I am hoping that the research paper's grade will be high enough that I keep the A, and thus maintain my 4.0. If I don't keep the A, I will gaze at my feet, which just had a pedicure. If my grades can't be perfect, my feet can. I give my feet five stars.

I'm so glad that you survived the oral surgery. (Whiskey Marie made me giggle when I typed oral.)

For the record, I've seen your feet. I don't remember if they'd been freshly 'cured or not, but they were definitely five star feet. In fact, I have CDP foot envy.

Note to self: Typing oral makes me feel less foot envy with the added benefit of making me giggle.

Oral. Oral. Oral. Oral.

12 year old boy in the fabulous body of a woman. I suggest "D-vis" for your next online identity. As in "Beavis", but with a d for dcup. She said oral. Heh heh heh.

You all are silly.

Says you, Mr. Wyld.

CDP - Happy to hear your surgery went well and that it wasn't "that bad." But no Vicodin? I'm impressed.

Good luck on your paper. I hope you get to keep that A going. If not, then it'll have to be the five-star feet.

I just found out that I have to have a root canal. Lovely. I hear that the procedure has an unwarranted bad reputation, so that's good. However, even with insurance, it's gonna be a real pain in my wallet.

Spartacus--yes, I'm drug free. For now.

BeckEye--my husband had one. And it "wasn't that bad!" Seriously, he did some research first, and found that it's really just a glorified filling. I hope that helps (and you're not earning millins yet from your AI recaps? That is ridiculous).

I'm also glad to hear the oral surgery went well.

And good luck keeping that 4.0 GPA. I gave up on it pretty quickly when I was in school.

If you're not using that Vicodin, I've started a charity you can donate it to. We send it to former child stars who can't afford it anymore.

I sent my goombahs around to straighten out that mysterious star rating-system. Rest assured that the administrator who was responsible for attaching them to your posts is now seeing stars.

I'm glad your oral surgery went well, and I hope you get a great grade on your paper.

Look at your cute toes anyway!

Glad to hear it. I had a root canal a while back, and I dreaded it. Bought a lot of painkillers and didn't use them after the first evening.

Good luck with the class.

WM--mine were beginning to resemble hooves, it was time to take action.

Pistols--I'm a little verklempt here. Do you ever stop thinking of others?

enc--thank you! I need to get some goons, too.

CDP said...

Matty--thanks. I still don't have the grade; I just checked.

Haha awesome. You genius you!

As for the surgery URGH! I just see the word "Dental" and I go hide somewhere. But then I am British so hey... Ask me how many cavities I've had in my life though. Go on! ONE.

CDP said...

Guv'ner--that is impressive for anyone, British or otherwise.

I bet you're glad that oral surgery is OVER. And you survived!

I made a C in my calculus class; there goes my 4.0 and my spot on the dean's list. Still--it's OVER!

CDP said...

Dguzman--I got Calculus over with during my first undergraduate experience. If I still had to take it, I'd be holding out very little hope of a 4.0.

Good work...your teeth, feet and mind are all doing well.

CDP said...

Dr. M--thank you my good man. Monkey.

Fran--OK, I'm in, I'll probably do this tomorrow.

GT--Thank you! (and thanks for commenting!)

WendyB--exactly; if those three things are in order, my hair cannot be far behind, right?

"I didn't even need the Vicodin"

Can someone please explain to me what this sentence means? It's like another language or something.

WM--you make me laugh, silly girl.
