Blogging about not blogging: is that anti-meta-discourse? My head hurts.
You've probably guessed, due to my absence (assuming that you've noticed my absence. You have noticed, right?), that I'm once again temporarily all wrote out. I'm taking a particularly hideous class this semester. Do you know the difference between telic and atelic meaning, or between epiphora and epanaphora? I didn't until yesterday, and I didn't suffer as a result of my ignorance (nor do I feel particularly that my understanding of the English language has been enhanced as a result of my newfound and almost certainly fleeting knowledge). Because this is an advanced grammar and rhetoric class, it's writing-intensive, and so pretty much everything I have to say in writing is being said in this class. I might have more later.

Yes, we notice when you don't write.
I haven't written one word on my blog since March 1. And I'm not taking any classes. I have no excuse other than total laziness to actually sit and write a post since I seem to be able to update my facebook status every 30 minutes.
when you have more I'll be here to read it!
(and of course i knew teh difference between..uhmmmm. those things. Really!)
You should post the stuff you're writing for your class. I'd read that.
I'd read you writing the phone book.
I notice, but I'll live. With baited breath until you come back.
Matty--thank you, sir.
SS--"Lazy" is not generally one of the adjectives I would use to describe you.
Steve--Ha ha! As I predicted, my so-called knowledge was short-lived. Ah forgit.
Lady--thank you! And you know, I did think of doing that once...just spend a month posting old papers and essays. I might do it yet.
ENC--OK, be sure to breathe!
I know how that goes. When I have tough weeks at work, I just can't find the brain power to blog.
Hope things get better soon!
sounds intense
Oh man, you're in the CRAP classes now. You poor thing. I was so relieved that no one taught a lit crit class in my English department, so I didn't have to learn that whole meta-text deconstruction semiotic bullshit.
That IS what you're talking about, right?
And I miss you when you don't write.
I cannot believe you would toss us dirty words like epiphora and epanaphora and not at least give us a link to urban dictionary. Tsk.
I do think about undertaking that once...just devote a four weeks posting outdated reports and essays
When you have nothing to do or unhappy? What should you do to spend the free time? How about the game? like to get WOW Gold in WOW, and how to have theCheap Gold for WOWwith less money, is there anyway to get the for us? We need to think about this.
